"The communication would had been easier if they didn’t only used Zalo. We were lucky our cousin joined us to communicate as she had Zalo. There was no one at the desk as stated. "The overall experience of living here was a little bit disappointing. On pictures the hotel looks very nice, but like most of sunset town it's superficial. After checking in we discovered that everything is a bit more run down and fake. The soundsproofing of the rooms is very poor, and specifically the door of the room.
