"Our 2-day stay at the Kanogawa Grand Hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is located on the beach in Kanogawa and our room on the 6th floor provided an awesome 180 degree view of beach. Our room was clean and comfortable and included our own personal outdoor hot water bath (furo) and indoor shower. The room was a Japanese style room with futon beds provided nightly by the staff. "The only reason i didn't enjoyed my stayed was the AC. I was not able to controlled it this, led me to wake up every night. They have a small knob but this only blows a little air."

"We loved our stay at Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay. After 3 weeks travelling through Japn, these were the best and most comfortable beds and pillows we'd experienced. The bag holding room was amazing, as we could leave our bags, locked up and safe, until check in time. We didnt need to deal with too many staff but they were all helpful. I did have an issue with needing to change rooms, and while communication through expedia messaging was very slow (24hrs to reply to an email) staff were helpful at solving the problem. We were in the new Marlin rooms. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. There were a few noisy neighbours and we could hear banging and stomping, but in general it was quiet enough. Very conveniently located next to the train station and malls for shopping. The Disney bus was easy and convenient. My family especially loved the free toiletries room and the welcome lounge every evening with drinks and snacks. Would definitely stay here again."
