"They’re room was extremely comfortable and the service and staff were amazing. The building is old, so I could hear the neighbors, but it is charming and clean. My only complaint was the breakfast was kind of pricey, and it sat for too long under the heat lamps and kind of got crusty. Otherwise, I’d give this place 10 out of 10. I’ll stay here again, and I recommend it to anyone considering it."

"Great central location and staff were friendly - doorman David was particularly helpful and kind. The hotel is nicely designed though only minor downside was felt spa area could have been a bit better maintained e.g. cleanliness (tissue in pool) and corridors were a bit flooded and though hotels fault per se, people kept mixing up robes. The rooms are nice and spacious and the stocked complimentary mini bar was a nice touch. Although we never got the chance for the hotels drinks offer we heard about it plenty from other guests who enjoyed it. We did use the gym which is ok but one machine (stair stepper) did not work and worth noting there is no treadmill. Overall a comfortable stay"
