They provided us with yukatas that kept us very warm while walking around. Staying here also gave us a pass to all the onsens! "The hotel is in a beautiful location but if you want to go into town it’s a very long walk. Hotel offers shuttle service but limited schedule to return. Very few taxis available. The staff is very helpful to accommodate you but you must plan in advance. The onsen in the hotel is very nice with stunning ocean views."

"Wonderful first time experience in Kinosakionsen! This hotel is in the perfect location. It's a very short walk from the train station and all of the 7 public onsens. Also a short walk to the Kinosaki Ropeway. There are 2 private onsens in the hotel where couples/families can soak together. Every floor has a light to indicate if available. Service is impeccable and easy to communicate in English with the staff. Food is plentiful! Breakfast and Dinner were included as well as an afternoon tea...
