Rooms a little dated but nothing bad Pictures of room when booking showed a bath in bathroom which I specifically wanted - the room only had shower and was told I should have requested a room with a bath - that was the only negative "

"For the price it was good value as breakfast included. The second days cooked breakfast much better as hot and all items well cooked. I would suggest the hotel has a small fridge with cheddar cheese on sale. Also am adult entry just for the cave. Area very quiet abd Wells near by. "

"I was very pleased with the roomI had booked. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. A tiny drawback was limited hot water from the wash basin. However the building is an old one and there was a notice advising if the hotel was busy I may have to wait a short time for hot water so I did not mind this. A shower next morning was great. Breakfast was good too. The gentleman on Reception was excellent, informative and extremely hee Royal when I return to Bath in the future. Thank you."
