"We stayed 8 nights in late January 2025 and It was a very pleasant stay.We visited the property many times to eat there in 2022 during our stay at another hotel,then decided to come back some day and we finally did it.Private transfer form Phuket airport can be arranged. "A great overnight stay - we stayed here after flying to Phuket airport after Mammoth journey from the UK & it had everything we needed! Would have liked another night here & would stay again. The breakfast was amazing lovely omelettes and a short walk round the corner to 7 11 as well as scooters available to rent locally to get around the island! "

"Lovely Resort! The staff are so kind and accommodating! You can rent a scooter from the resort , so cheap and explore the island. Breakfast was included and average but yummy! The dining options for lunch and supper are Thai and western, very good! Nice clean rooms and if you get a room without an attached pool you can use the pool at the resort on the beach down below! Incredible stay

"What an incredible stay , it felt so peaceful as it's such a huge space with many buildings to discover , the beach on your doorstep to kayak , the staff were very lovely ,it is very eco friendly , would highly recommend if you want somewhere with peace and quiet , good energy and to feel like you have the resort to yourself , "

"Blue Bay seemed like a lovely place to stay but they overbooked their hotel. We planned on staying with them for 4 nights including New Years. We reserved 3 rooms that opened up the pool. We wanted an extra special New Years as a family so we spent more than we usually do. When we arrived they told me I had booked a different hotel. When I showed them my reservation they then said that they had overbooked their hotel and were sending us down the street to a different location. At the other resort we didn't get rooms with a view or near the pool. When we asked they said that we would have to pay them extra for the nicer room as their hotel rooms cost more than Blue Bay. We couldn't even get an extra bed in our room as they wanted us to pay another $25 a night for it. My wife and I ended up sharing 2 twin beds with our son. Overall, I am very disappointed with this place and I would not recommend anyone staying here as you may or may not get your reservation. "
