"The address IS NOT CORRECT. This property is not 20 mins from Chiang Mai airport as it says. It is over an hour outside Chiang Mai. We lost many hours of our day due to this. Finding a driver to transport us such a long way was very difficult. After we arrived, We gave them a security deposit and when I messaged the manager on WhatsApp about how we could get our deposit back, I have gotten no response back. The place itself is very pretty. "The staff at this place and the attentiveness is the best part. They helped us plan all of our excursions, gave us great recommendations on places to go, things to eat and restaurants to visit. This was a gem of a place and I would recommend it over and over again. The rooms were beautiful, spacious and just lovely. We also stayed at the 137 Pillar in Bangkok and that was also an incredible stay. Once again the rooms were fantastic! Huge suite, two bathrooms, extraordinary amenities. But most of all, the staff was amazing. Special credit to Ron, who was absolutely incredible and made our stay extra special. Thank you!!!"

"We were staying in the hotel when the earthquake struck on March 28. The management and staff were extraordinary in their response to the emergency - compassionate, calm and practical. After evacuating into the 97 degree's heat they provided us with water. 3 hours later sandwiches came out. Management provided regular updates. I have never been treated so well by a hotel under such difficult circumstances. Truly remarkable - a credit to Marriott, Chaing Mai and Thailand."
