"It was a nice hotel. Very busy due to lots of conferences and there were really long queues at reception. Room was nice, great shower, bed comfy and all very clean. There wasn't enough tea and coffee and it didn't get refilled when the room was cleaned. Good location with the U-bahn and trams nearby. The spa isn't part of the hotel, it is a business next door and guests get a discount. We didn't get a chance to go though as there was so much to see in Berlin. "Love this hotel. It’s hard to find more style for your pound (or Euro etc). Top craft beers in the bar and the egg and bacon naan roll for breakfast are personal highlights. Also like the friendly informality alongside the smart service. Great comfy beds too. A winner all round!"
