"Overall my stay was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was comfortable and priced wonderfully for the value. The only thing off putting was being surprised about the $100 room deposit upon check-in. Considering it was more than I paid for the room I was shocked but it was manageable and refunded timely. Sonesta ES Suites Chicago Waukegan Gurnee

"The bed, suite, really everything good, updated and clean(except inside windows). Furniture was really worn, stained. Pull out uncomfortable. But they were working on remodeling rooms. I would recommend and stay again."
