"We had a great stay at this Royal Palm Bay Condo. The place is nicely remodeled and has everything you need. It is pretty each to get to/from the Disney Parks from there as well. I was concerned about cleanliness based on some reviews but those must have been before the remodel because it was immaculate. Thanks for a great stay!"

"We had a comfortable and clean time at this property. The amenities are nice and available. The location was a deal for places to eat and travel.I would highly recommend an update to the bathrooms (old small toilets) and white sheets for all the bedding. It just creates more trust and a better overall feel.Thank you for your hard work and maintenance"

"Clean and comfortable. This was just the perfect sized place for our family of 3. It had everything you would need to cook, clean, chill and relax. Games and pool gear that we didn't get to use unfortunately, but nice to have. The porch was nice to just drink coffee and mentaly prepare for a whole day at disney. We had troubles with the tv's. Turns out each remote was in the wrong room. It took us hours to figure that out the first night. Each tv is a different brand , so we matched the...

"For our group of 3 couples (one with children), this house was a perfect fit. There's a primary bedroom on the first floor and the rest of them (all ensuites) are upstairs. One was extra nice with a large bathroom and the rest were all decent with average size spare bathrooms. The kitchen was large and worked well for having a few meals in. Kiddos enjoyed the pool, even though it was a little cooler because we didn't purchase the heating package. We enjoyed sitting out on the lanai as well...

"This was a great place to stay & the pool area wasn’t busy, so we enjoyed a relaxing time. The only complaint was that we were told to replace the toilet paper, tiny soaps, dishwasher tabs… really? Those items should be part of the package & we shouldn’t have to run to Walmart & purchase items to replace the little bit we used. "
