"Absolutely beautiful property with huge lush gardens, nicely appointed rooms, very quiet and hospitable. Staff is smiling, polite, always ready to assist and very efficient.. the hotel and its sister hotel Andaz have fantastic food to offer from Indonesian (Omang Omang which also hosted the delicious and huge buffet breakfast) to Italian ( pizzaria) to fresh seafood (The fisherman’s club @ Andaz). NYE event was a blast. Can’t name all the staff individually but they all participated to make our stay memorable..we however need to mention Eka a great spa therapist!"

"The breakfast buffet was sumptuous! It's not only a buffet but you can also special order from the menu at the table. Abi who was our server for most of the days was attentive and kind. We're there for 7 nights and had a wonderful family vacation!"
