"Terrible！ very disappointing.我們被安排住在一幢兩層高一共四間房的建築物（Rm.1-4）內裏設施簡陋，枕頭和毛巾有異味，冷熱水供應非常不穩定，時冷時熱（水熱的時候，是非常熱，但無法調較適合的水溫），滿地蟲蟻，毛巾和床鋪殘舊，都呈灰白色，十分不整潔。我們以為住進了他們的員工宿舍。因我們曾進入位於旁邊的獨立別墅視察，裏面的設施和我們住的房間簡直天淵之別。所以我們有被騙的感覺，是一次極之不愉快的經歷。"

"The villa is clean and very well presented, everything is as pictured, 6 min walk to the beach and 5 min on a bike to everything seminyak has to offer my family loved it Only con is there is no fresh running water in the villa the running water is salty and after a while you get abit over salt water showers. (i believe the whole area is the same) and the AC in each room are quite loud at night time if you have them on high sounds like there is alot of wind on the roof. "

"Did not expect luxury for the price but I did expect the property to be better maintained. The flush button on the toilet sunk into the cistern when flushing. The aircon leaked all over the bedroom floor. No blankets. When asked for a blanket on the second day we were told that they were still being washed and would have them the next day. My daughter said her bed was very hard so she put the cushions from the outside furniture under the mattress. Could do with a microwave."

"A great villa in a good location. Staff and manager were very lovey to deal with, it was clean and presented very well. The outside cabins were pretty warm and could do with a stronger air conditioner. The inside rooms were great. We would have loved a clothes line or more hanging space for towels. "Our family of four had an incredible stay at Chai T villa. The kids (ages 6 and 9) loved their upstairs bedroom while we enjoyed the spacious bedroom on the ground floor. The location is absolutely idyllic and peaceful, overlooking the swimming pool and rice fields beyond, with lovely shade throughout the day. "Everything felt safe, clean, and relaxing. A lovely hideaway very close to everything. All facilities more than enough. Felt so personalised and not pretentious. Which only made us feel more at home. Nyoman and Ayu could not do enough to help while never intrusive. It was a very easy stay for us. All family members relaxed and looked after. We explained we would need two separate out buildings each with two bedrooms, to cater for our two families with young children.
