"Simple and clean room. Check in process was seamless. They provide free ramen and ice bar for supper and free probiotics in the morning. Everything would be good except for the pillow is a little bit flat and not as comfortable. Overall, this is still a very enjoyable stay and will definitely stay again."

"Our room was very clean and modern. Little amenities like bath salts, sake and espresso in the lobby, and pillow menu were a nice bonus. It is close to the fisherman’s wharf and there are lots of restaurants within a few blocks. Great value for the stay."

"This property is idealy located if the transportation from the AirPort is Important - it is door to door. The staff were very helpful and room was very clean. Not speaking Japanese made it difficult for me at times. For example there are 3 options for breakfast which staff might have explained to me but i did not understand. It did not matter as normally i like to eat outside hotel but the full breakfast on the last night was very good. "

"Perfect example of not judging based on pictures. While the rooms are dated they are immaculate. Not a stray hair or spec of dust in our room. Excellent service and friendly staff. The AC issue did bother us and the room had a closed off smell. Lovely view and enjoyable breakfast buffet. Plus all their power is sourced from solar and a screen near the elevators shows the solar array power generation which is an added benefit for green energy nerds."
