"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The air conditioner was not working well, making the room extremely hot throughout the night, even with the windows open. To cope, I had to tilt the air purifier to point at me just to cool down a bit. On the positive side, the water pressure in the shower was generally good, making for a decent short shower. Excellent experience in this hotel!

"This is the best hotel we have stayed at so far! The room was definitely spacious especially based on our experience in Japan! Each of the two beds was full size very comfortable for both of us. Bed linen and towels were of good quality. Room was clean and service was attentive. The hotel staff (reception and concierge)were bery polite and tried to be as helpful as they could despite the language barrier. With google translate we were able to accomplish all we wanted. The breakfast buffet had both Japanese items and western stuff, very good. We are extremely pleased with this hotel and their provisions. Definitely recommend it and will stay here again if we come back to Kushiro!"

"Près de la gare.Train et autobus. Les services à l'hôtel sont excellents. Propre. Déjeuner inclus . Standard et quelques mets de cuisine locale. Très bon. Les autobus de ville nous amènent aux sites 'Tsurumidai' et 'Centre Akan International' pour voir les grues 'Tsuru' Horaire à vérifier. Information touristique près du pont Nusamai."

"This property is idealy located if the transportation from the AirPort is Important - it is door to door. The staff were very helpful and room was very clean. Not speaking Japanese made it difficult for me at times. For example there are 3 options for breakfast which staff might have explained to me but i did not understand. It did not matter as normally i like to eat outside hotel but the full breakfast on the last night was very good. "
