Very convenient location, near train station n bus station. Can hear announcements from bus station in room . Room n bath very small. Shower head very small, takes long time to wash hair. Very good breakfast n very friendly helpful staffs🌷

Nice enough hotel for a short stay
This hotel is fine for a short stay. Clean, comfortable and close to the bus and train station. The staff were friendly and spoke enough English for us to get by with checking in and out. The hotel itself is a little bland and dated. They had an onsen which we didn’t get to try. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. There’s not much going on in the immediate area. Most of the restaurants and hotels are about a 25 minute walk away, close to Nusamai bridge. However, I strongly recommend the patisserie in the train station. The bread and cakes were amazing! The team at the tourist information desk at the train station are super helpful.

Pros: - 1) Location is good. Open car park just next to the hotel. Near to JR station & Washo Market. 2) Check-in & check-out were fast. 3) Front desk staffs were nice & friendly. 4) Bed & pillow were comfortable. 5) Breakfast was good. Many choices & delicious too. 6) Got free coffee & massage chair at lobby. Free PC to use. Free comic books to read. Cons: - 1) Room is small. No space to open your luggage. 2) Less parking lot. Park at open car park, parking fee 500. 3) Front desk lady receptionist doesn't know English at all.

NIce and comfortable hotel next to transportation
I am glad that I arrived there a bit earlier than the check-in time, the hotel offered me with an available non-smoking room instead of a booked smoking room. The hotel is at good location that next to JR Kushiro station and Kushiro bus terminal. The room is comfortable and economical with triple room options. I would definitely consider it again when I return to Kurshiro next time.

Good Location and comfortable
I am glad that I arrived for leaving baggage there before checking in time a bit, and the room was ready and I am able to switch to a non-smoking room. The hotel is in good location that next to the Kushiro bus terminal and JR Kushiro station. The price is affordable and economical, also offering triple room options. I would recommend this hotel to others and also would like to book this hotel when I would come to Kushiro next time.

Superb customer service, amenities and location!
Selected this hotel for a one night stay in Kushiro, rainy night and hotel is in front of the station, after a few days traveling we have dirty clothes and hotel offers free self service laundry, hotel has an onsen to relax after a long train journey (it was what we needed), the next morning they have breakfast buffet on the restaurant at the top floor where everything with no exception is absolutely delicious! I told the staff to congratulate the people on the kitchen, they kept our luggage while we went to explore the city and we borrowed umbrellas...the hotel is a little run down but for the price and the superb customer service, amenities and location is totally recommended.

Nice hotel with hot spring service
This hotel is located next to the JR station and easily reach. The room is very small and the bath room also small. I expected a 3 bed room but the hotel only provide the sofa bed for 3rd person. Feel bit disappointing. The hotel provide charge parking next to the hotel. The hotel provide hot spring for guest until 1am and the facility look ok.

Average hotel which is in need of modernisation, nice value for money when seeing the cranes as the bus terminal is just outside the hotel. The local area is not good for night life but if you're here to see the cranes and nature reserves its good for what you pay.

Wonderful hotel to stay for visiting around Kushir
This hotel is only few minutes walk from the train station. The room size is reasonable good for 2 and we stayed in 2 rooms as we have 4 in total. The breakfast and dinner were very tasty and the food selection was very good. Surprised that this hotel provides a simple onsen within its facilities. All the staffs were very friendly although only little english spoken. Definitely come back to the hotel if travelling back to Kushiro again.

Very considerate hotel!
We didn't end up staying at this hotel as a storm put all JR trains to Kushiro was halted; still want to acknowledge how nice the hotel was to refund the full amount!
