"I recently had a wonderful stay there! The accommodation was beautiful, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful touch of having breakfast provided each day. The staff was attentive and checked in regularly to ensure everything was going smoothly, making my vacation incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. One minor suggestion: the listing did not clearly specify the different accommodation options available. We chose a 2/F unit, which, while lovely, was less convenient for the elderly members of our group. Highlighting such details in the selection process would be beneficial. "Very helpful and supportive to change my room into a non-smoking twin-bed room from the other style. Economic room rate and great dinner site (Izakaya). One problem was to reserve a taxi from another town back to the hotel in the evening (This is not the hotel's problem but the area's one)"

"No elevator. The reception is on 2nd floor. The ground floor is with strong cigarette smell. My reservation was for a non-smoking room. However, there was cigarette smell (via A/C?). And, I saw a man (a guest?) smoking in front of the reception desk. The staff was friendly and willing to help. They carried my bag up to my room (on 3rd floor) and down to the ground floor. It could be a good choose for smokers and weight lifters."
