"I had a terrible experience. I arrived with three kids and my elderly parents, tired at 8 pm. There was no receptionist. The doors of the hotel were closet and all the instructions to check in were in Japanese. The check in process required to call a Japanese land line. I couldn’t call because my e-sim only allowed calls through WhatsApp or FaceTime. I had to borrow a phone from a person that was passing by.
