"Enjoyed our stay. We had a room with swim up access which was fun. Pool area generally was good, big enough for the numbers of people without being crowded & deep enough for a decent swim. Breakfast buffet was great, wide variety of choices & good coffee. Hotel is a bit tired in places & while not dirty by any means it wasn’t cleaned as well as others we stayed in on this trip. "The place is falling apart.its not a boutique hotel..you’d be better sleeping in the street in a shop doorway.air con not working,sheets very stained..holes in the floor,serious trip hazards everywhere dining room a complete joke..I felt sorry for the friendly staff that had to constantly keep apologising for everything.."

"Well located sort walk to bars and restaurants and 10-15 mins walk to the beach. The staff was nice and they have a Tuk Tuk that will drop you off at the beach. The hotel could use some renovations as there was visible wall damage in the hallway. My room did not have outdoor facing window."

Perfect hotel in Kata Beach

"Great stay, we loved it so much that we extended our stay for an extra 10 nights on top of the original 9. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great facilities for kids. Really great massages at the spa. It’s postioned on top of a steep hill but they have a shuttle. Lovely pool too. I would stay there again. Bar drinks can be very expensive, good happy hour at the pool but outside of this it’s very expensive. Also did not like being charged for the individual activities at the Kids Club. Virtual Reality/charity shop should be repurposed as Muay Thai boxing/gym extension. "

"The hotel was very nice and clean. The pool was a nice amenity to have while there. The hotel had free shuttle to the Kata beach which very nice to have but we had to schedule in advanced. The down side for this that we couldn't stay at Kata beach longer if we wanted. "

The kindest staff ever

"Extremely diligent staff and comfortable rooms. I was so sick while I was here (not because of the hotel!) and they cared for me so well and made such I got the medical care I needed. The room was lovely and dinners in the evening were lovely but I'll never forget the kindness of the hotel staff helping me in my hour of need. They identified I needed medical help and got it to me so quickly and stayed with me."

"This stay was phenomenal. The villa is incredible and has an unreal view of the city. The staff is lovely, and the amenities are great. My only feedback would be paying for electricity - a bit ridiculous and expensive, be aware. Other than that, wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for a lovely stay!"
