Excellent service, modern amenities, friendly staff. The restaurant had good food and great views of Kata Beach. Gym on the premises was small but totally adequate for a workout. Kata Beach is very popular so don’t go to that area if you’re looking for something more secluded!

Amazing hotel right on the beach. We upgraded our room and we had a terrace overlooking the sea. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. The bed was really comfortable. this was our 4th stay here - love the hotel and views. the head chef, Jonathan, was outstanding, went out of his way to accommadate us with some requests, loved his food. Ended up eating most nights at the restuarant.

This is the second time staying at the Boathouse. It’s an excellent hotel with amazing staff who remember you and the room number you are staying in. It only has 39 rooms so it has a unique boutique feel to it. The rooms are very comfortable, although parts of the bathroom were starting to look a little tired, but this didn’t affect the overall quality. The breakfast is amazing, you can order a little or as much as you want. We ate dinner here twice and although it is a little pricey it’s well worth it. The hotel is an oasis in what can be a very busy area, it’s walkable to many restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend it!

Pleasant experience
Very friendly staff and the room was clean and quiet. The breakfasts were good as well. The location is really nice especially if you want to surf. Its right next to a surf school on the beach.
