The room was lovely and dinners in the evening were lovely but I'll never forget the kindness of the hotel staff helping me in my hour of need. They identified I needed medical help and got it to me so quickly and stayed with me."

"We have stayed 5 times at pacific club the hotel is just amazing The staff are lovely and very helpful the manager Mr Sun goes above and beyond ZAR on the front desk is great nothing is a problem to her and she has been the friendly face for many years. Joso the outlet/restaurant manager is terrific great service with a beautiful smile. We are always treated like family The roof top pool is a true oasis away from the crowds If your thinking of coming to Karon beach this is the pick it might not be on the beach but it’s the best👍"

"Couple/60's. One if the best resorts we have ever stayed at. From the minute we checked in it felt like home. Beautiful grounds full of gardens and wildlife. Its a large resort but easy to navigate. Plenty of shops and restaurants along beach row. No need for a cab, you could walk everywhere. Both restaurants on site served fantastic food at reasonable prices."

"Hotel is very Thai style which is more interesting than regular western style hotel since we came from Canada. Room is big and clean, and you can jump into the swimming pool from your balcony. Even room service food also very tasty, cuz outside local restaurants do not have air conditioning, we prefer to eat at our room. Definitely recommended this hotel to anyone prefer exotic hotel experience!"

"Very nice property clean and with the best best beach in Phuket . Water was calm and clean . A lot of dining options from the beach bar , the buffet Japanese restaurant and a lot more . Best part they had smoking section in one of the open restaurants. Main chef Daniel was on top of everything . We would see him in the morning breakfast buffet and the night all over the restaurant. He stopped and greeted us made us feel at home . Staff were superb very nice and helpful. Place was extremely clean . Loved Le Meridien will definitely like to go again"
