Comfortable, warm, friendly staff, easy check-in with a kiosk, instructions could be changed to English for us, with one of the staff watching over in case...

"Chose this hotel as it is located about 10 mins from Hakata station and there are plenty of restaurants in the surroundings. It was busy at check in time and there was a queue a check in time which is a self check in. Room was clean and a bit small but as expected. "
