"The property was not cleaned when I checked in. There was a dirty pillow that made me hesitant to sleep, and the blankets smelled strongly of sweat and were not washed. The floors were covered in hair and dust, the washer was unclean, and the table hadn’t been wiped down. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, especially since the place itself is nice. "Clean appartement in quiet area. 15-20 minutes on foot from Hakata Station. Fastidious check-in procedures. No chairs to sit. Visitors should be aware that all beds are accessible by steep ladders. It is not a place for older people or small children. "

"The check-in was a different location than the property which made it more difficult because I had to find 2 different places in a foreign country where I don't read the language very well. The rules about sorting garbage was a little frustrating. If they would like customers to sort garbage then they need to provide garbage bags and instructions clearly how it should be sorted"

"They have utensils (bowls, fork, spoons, chopsticks, pans, pots)and microwave, which is perfect for food from the convenient store. And washing machine for laundry. One thing which i thought could be better, is to have power points upstairs in the loft. Would havr given 4 stars for overall rating cos of the little inconvenience in charging gadgets, but what they have more than make up for it. There are also hp chargers around. Solid"

"The accommodations had everything we needed and more. It was great to be anle yo do laundry in our own unit. You havd to hang your clothed outside to dry but with the heat, it didnt tske long for them to dry."
