"The resort is on an excellent position right on the beach swimming which we enjoyed, the open buffet was excellent loved the grill and variety but drink’s aren’t incl. views from restaurant was beautiful in the evening watching the sunset and morning was nice to the only things that keep me coming back but the resort is run down needs a LOTS of maintenance upgrade and care "

"We had a wonderful 6 nights at Villa Dundar in the middle floor apartment. the view of the sea and has is spectacular and the pool, tho small is clean and lovely. although it is shared between all the apartments it never felt crowded and usually we had it to ourselves. The place is clean and convenient - just 10 minutes outside Kas. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and nice kitchen and sitting area with inside and outside tables. "Just returned from Kalkan . The hotel is in an excellent position- only 15 mins walk from the centre and the lovely beach club of Yali Beach . Staff are very friendly and the hotel is spotless. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size . Altogether a great hotel at a great price 👍🇹🇷😃"

"This was a great stay, to say the least. The kindest, most accommodating staff. Assisted us in every possible way. Breakfast was delicious, & a wide variety of healthy foods, prepared by one of the nicest people I’ve ever encountered. She took care of our laundry as well. The manager there was just as nice as anyone could be. We did not use the pool, but it is in a great location from every room. A very pleasant experience. We highly recommend, & appreciate this hotel, & staff "
