"We were blown away by the listing and blown away by the property. It was the most perfect villa for us 5 chums and we never left during the day. Facilities were outstanding, water cooler, huge fridge, exceptionally well stocked kitchen with every utensil you could need. Beautiful infinity pool which had spa jets. Local Taxis quick, easy and not expensive, 1700 lire to go down to the harbour to eat. Lots of 6 seater cabs, just mention the size when you book. Great local shop 200 yards up the hill who delivers. Special shout out to the Marina Restaurant. We ate there the first night, and they delivered us a meal at the villa mid week. All beautifully plated up. They came back in the morning to collect the plates which we left on the wall. Only point to note, this is not suitable if you have mobility problems. My mistake, I didn't notice the stairs into the villa and thought there was a bedroom on the ground floor. Two of our group have real problems with their mobility, so while they managed, it limited our vists out of the villa to just once a day. Kalkan in general is not great for anyone with mobility issues, in a wheelchair or unsteady on their feet. It is the most beautiful place, but it is incredibly hilly with paths and roads uneven. The restaurants are outstanding, food of the best quality and all very reasonably priced. Many of the restaurants were upstairs not great if you have mobility problems but the staff are a great help. 1000% recommend "

"We stayed in Villa Keros for 3 weeks. A lovely property in a very nice and clean condition. Outside pool and pool area super clean (pool man came every day ensuring that the pool and outdoor areas were tip top). Really lovely sun loungers, nice frames with very comfortable padding (The best we have ever experienced), all in super condition alongside quality sun umbrellas. Brilliant top deck sun area. Internal Villa areas were in nice condition, lovely lounge with digital tv (enabled us to watch our favourite Netflix and Amazon prime in the evening), well equipped kitchen and large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Creating an overall feeling of space. Minor personal comment, not a great fan of Kisla, we didn't use the Beach clubs although appreciate others would relish the close proximity. We use Ozgur for the booking of taxi's and Define Tours for car hire at a cost of £280 per week with drop off and pick up from the Villa. We ate in 11 days and ate out 11 days. Enjoying wonderful fish BBQ's beside the pool in the late afternoon's. Some recommended restaurants - Sade (best steak in Kalkan, excellent service and wonderful Hennesy XO Brandy :-), Sea and Blue (roof top), Solonica (on the street), La Fidanka (beautiful), Ada's (small and very authentic near Kaputas), Merkez (B/fast) Overall, a great experience staying in Villa Keros as was communication with Colin and Caroline. "We had a lovely stay at Villa Siv. The Villa was clean and the air conditioning was a big win for us. The outdoor space had so much seating where we could all enjoy a drink in the evening. The shops were a short cab journey away and Kalkan has some amazing restaurants and views. We shared the villa with another family, 9 of us in total and the villa was more than big enough for us all. A great place to stay. "

"Had a wonderful 2 weeks at Villa Evin. Perfectly located across the bay from Kalkan, fantastic beach clubs within walking distance and a short trip by Taxi or boat to some wonderful restaurants. The villa is perfectly sized with all amenities required for a comfortable stay. Outside there is a great pool, dining area, sunbeams and a shaded area too. We loved watching the sunset from the pool of an evening. Host, Bridget, was on hand for any queries and gave us loads of tips about the local area. Even managed to get us into the property early after an overnight flight. The best indication I can give you of our stay is that my wife never wants to go back to the same place twice, but we've already booked Vill Evin for next year!"

"We have just come back from a fantastic two week stay at Villa Grande. There were 8 adults in our party and we all agree that the Villa was outstanding. It was like a home away from home, there was everything we needed for our holiday whether it was lounging by the pool, having a BBQ or cooking in the kitchen everything we needed was there. The host was very friendly and made us feel welcome. They provided us with lots of information regarding what there was to do in the area, where to get the shopping and provided contact details of people that could assist us. If we had any queries they responded very quickly. Overall we had a fantastic holiday in a lovely Villa. Would definitely stay at Villa Grande again, the area (Kalkan) was beautiful and the views from the Villa outstanding."
