"최고의 호텔. 모든 직원분들이 친절하고 편안하게 대해주심 ㅠㅠ 항공사 문제로 짐이 제때 도착 안했는데 전화도 대신 걸어주시고 짐 도착하자마자 바로 찾아갈 수 있게 연락 주셨어요. 왓츠앱 답변도 거의 10초만에 해주시고 3박 4일동안 모든 레스토랑, 액티비티 경험해볼 수 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 꽤 오랫동안 기억에 남을 호텔인 것 같습니다. 덕분에 허니문 잘 보냈어요!"

When I told the guest relation that my 11 y/o niece will be celebrating her bday, they have decorated our room with surprise gifts and cake brought the manager. The food at Rixos was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the kids had fun at the kids club. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. At Godiva Cafe, the serving staff was not very visible, so it was difficult to order and I did not feel friendly. I hope it could be improved a little."
