The room was nice but one of the windows was open and it was impossible to close as the hinges were broken so it was a bit noisy at night .The air con was excellent even with the window open.We did not have any cleaning, changes of bedding, towels, or any replacement of bathroom items the whole time we were there, shower pressure was not great. "Was not bad,no elevator and the breakfast very limited "

"We booked family suite but was only told that the room was not ready for us on our arrival so we had no choice to stay in a smaller room. Rooms were not ready for the three of us neither. Some door knobs/ hangers need to be fixed. Other then that good location and good stay here."

"Building was lacking in maintenence and was not clean. Booked a room with a tub on the balcony for two nights. Claimed tub was broken so gave us a "standard" room the 1st night and a platter of fruit as compensation. This room had mold on the sink, half the shower door was missing so shower water sprayed all over bathroom floor. Corners were disgusting. The second night we were given the "suite".
