"We stayed for 5. Nights and enjoyed our stay. The staff was excellent and the facilities were just ok. For the cost of our stay expected more. Our room smelt apon arrival, there are no ice machines on the property, the food was good, the pool was not heated but not uncommon to find. The pool didn’t appear to have a working filtration system. The shower in the room had a sign that said very hot and anytime someone flushed in other rooms flushed the water got scolding hot for a few moments. Also...

"Lovely hotel, staff all very friendly from cleaners to reception and bar staff and gardeners/ pool people. All happy to help. Very clean. Towels daily at pool. Pool bar was perfect. Arranged a couple of trips whilst there by rep which worked well. Breakfast very expensive. Room was nice shower was great and room service. Great location for getting in and out onto main beach including shops etc. had a lovely stay. Thank you 🙏"

"This property was just magical. Identical to the pictures but better in person! The staff were so accommodating and kind. The grounds were amazing. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the location is quite far from everything we had planned, which I did not know but I still would stay here again, especially since I wouldn’t be doing everything a first tome visitor would. You want to relax and wander the grounds in amazement I definitely recommend here!"

Also, our early checkin and late checkout may seem like a small thing, but it added immensely to our flight schedule and ease of travel.
