"This was my fifth visit to the hotel. The hotel staff are warm and welcoming and many of them have worked there for several years. The rooftop pool is amazing and the rooms are very clean and well maintained. The quality and choice of food at breakfast is great. Try the eggs Benedict. I have stayed in many hotels in Thailand. This is my favourite."

"Enjoyed our stay. We had a room with swim up access which was fun. Pool area generally was good, big enough for the numbers of people without being crowded & deep enough for a decent swim. Breakfast buffet was great, wide variety of choices & good coffee. Hotel is a bit tired in places & while not dirty by any means it wasn’t cleaned as well as others we stayed in on this trip. "Property is good value for what you get. Has all the facilities and food/drink you’d want in Thailand. Location is good, however, short walks to and from the hotel aren’t the safest so you need transport even for a 1 minute ride. Staff were attentive during the first part of my stay but service dropped as the hotel filled up (I asked for fresh towels for 2 days and eventually had to go and grab some from the laundry cupboard myself)."
