"I read some negative reviews that made me worried about my choice but when we arrived and spent 5 days there, we left with a sad heart. The place is beautiful, the beach is amazing and the people are very helpful and nice. The rooms are a bit outdated but nevertheless, the place has a certain charm. "This was a great hotel , it’s under construction but didn’t affect us much during our stay. The location is great for walking to the beach and to town. We rented scooters across the street for like $9 US dollars a day and had the best time! The pool was refreshing with the swim up bar. We had a basic king room but it was close to the lobby and the pool and was very spacious. The hotel was full so we couldn’t upgrade but tbh this room was perfect for us. "The property is exactly as advertised. It is not fancy but meets all your needs. The pool, water slides and access to the beach are all great. The surrounding area has plenty of dining, shops, 7/11 and massage. For the bigger adventure 200 baht for taxi to other end of Karon ( lot more shop, markets etc) or 400 baht to Patong."
