"Great stay, we loved it so much that we extended our stay for an extra 10 nights on top of the original 9. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great facilities for kids. Really great massages at the spa. It’s postioned on top of a steep hill but they have a shuttle. Lovely pool too. I would stay there again. Bar drinks can be very expensive, good happy hour at the pool but outside of this it’s very expensive. Also did not like being charged for the individual activities at the Kids Club. Virtual Reality/charity shop should be repurposed as Muay Thai boxing/gym extension. "

"I had a one bedroom seaview room and first arrived as the sun was setting which looked absolutely incredible. I was welcomed with a fruit bowl which was lovely and a nice touch. The bed was huge, which was great and I had a massive TV. The room was very clean and had a lovely balcony which looked over the pool as well as the view to the sea. The pool was fantastic, it had a swim-up bar serving great cocktails. Even the lobby is incredible and a great place to chill out in. Staff were friendly and would helpfully offer assistance. "

"We have stayed 5 times at pacific club the hotel is just amazing The staff are lovely and very helpful the manager Mr Sun goes above and beyond ZAR on the front desk is great nothing is a problem to her and she has been the friendly face for many years. Joso the outlet/restaurant manager is terrific great service with a beautiful smile. We are always treated like family The roof top pool is a true oasis away from the crowds If your thinking of coming to Karon beach this is the pick it might not be on the beach but it’s the best👍"

"Very nice property clean and with the best best beach in Phuket . Water was calm and clean . A lot of dining options from the beach bar , the buffet Japanese restaurant and a lot more . Best part they had smoking section in one of the open restaurants. Main chef Daniel was on top of everything . We would see him in the morning breakfast buffet and the night all over the restaurant. He stopped and greeted us made us feel at home . Staff were superb very nice and helpful. Place was extremely clean . Loved Le Meridien will definitely like to go again"
