"Central location across the road from The Pavillon Mall. Breakfast includes many many many dishes from many different cuisines. The cleaning staff were absolutely amazing. Could not fault the hotel. "

"Oh so convenient. We stayed on the way back from Penang/Ipoh and traveling to KL by train. So just had to walk across the road from KL Sentral (actually there is a walkway but we didn’t know at that time). Stayed in a Jr Suite so had access to the Exec Lounge and wonderful b’fast and views. The rooms are very modern. The bathroom spacious with shower and tub. "I’m writing this because it would of helped to know a little more about this magnificent and to an extent lesser known property with breathtaking views of Petronas Towers, sophisticated bar and one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve had in a long time! To sum up, I would go back back to Grand Hyatt KL in a heart beat and this time leave plenty of room (tummy & time) to fully enjoy the delicious breakfast! "The staff at the hotel were always so polite and helpful. Our phones were not working and a person came up within minutes to see to it. Unfortunately it is maintenance that lets it down a little eg water in shower not draining, toilet flush somewhat temperamental, electric socket board in bedsifg=de table on right of bed not working."

"the room is clean, comes with intelligent room control on ipad for airconditioning, blinds and even light colors. the lobby is spacious and it is nice to chill there with great wireless access. location is strategic to many places, walkable to bukit bintang and petaling street etc. would definitely go back again."

"Good sized well fitted. Shower doir would not close properly, so I had to turn the shower head to the corner so as to not flood the bathroom. Buggy transfer into terminal understaffed and was not coping. Confusion between volume quality of ' background music in public areas. It is very loud and unpleasnt in the breakfast buffet. It was just as during my previous stay there."

"Stayed here the second time. This time for 3 nights. Hot water was not available. We put up the clean-up-room sign but when we returned the room was not cleaned or tidied up. Only replaced towels and took out rubbish. Room (one bedroom suite) was spacious and next to a shopping mall. "

Holiday Inn Sepang Airport, an IHG Hotel

"Wish I could’ve used the free shuttle but it doesn’t operate for late incoming flights. Lots of inexpensive dining options, including convenience stores, a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast buffet was amazing with options for everyone."

"A beautiful property overlooking the nearby park and with a view of the distant KL skyline. Super convenient with IOI City Mall just down the road. We are a family with a toddler and found the swimming pool and mini water park very enjoyable. The room looks newly refurbished, we loved how spacious it was and the small table and seating sofa which was a cosy space for our toddler to play her toys on. The only thing was that the entryway was a bit narrow so pushing luggage and a stroller through was tight. Breakfast had a wide selection, I particularly enjoyed the salad section and sweet treats available. The omelette is one of the tastiest in a hotel I've had. Overall a very enjoyable stay!"
