While the location is nice, and the property itself has a lot of potential, the experience was disappointing due to a lack of basic services and communication issues. "Stayed here the second time. This time for 3 nights. Hot water was not available. We put up the clean-up-room sign but when we returned the room was not cleaned or tidied up. Only replaced towels and took out rubbish. Room (one bedroom suite) was spacious and next to a shopping mall. "
