"Had a good experience from the day we checked in (assisted by Hezren, thank you for the great help) to the housekeeping (example when we asked for plates and cutlery, it arrived super fast!) "This hotel is conveniently located just over the central railroad station. There are lots of restaurants in the shopping centre next to the railroad station and the breakfast that is included in the hotel is excellent. "

"“We stayed for two nights and were very happy with the staff, as well as the early check-in after a long overnight flight. The room on level 9, which is my favorite, was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, including both Western and Chinese cuisines. The only issue was that the towels appeared worn out from overuse."

"Stayed here the second time. This time for 3 nights. Hot water was not available. We put up the clean-up-room sign but when we returned the room was not cleaned or tidied up. Only replaced towels and took out rubbish. Room (one bedroom suite) was spacious and next to a shopping mall. "
