"This property has an excellent location and pool/hot tub amenities. Due to the high surf on several days we took advantage of the pool. The lanai was great and awesome views of the ocean. One item of concern was the air conditioning. We paid 20 per night during the booking, however the air conditioning was unable to cool the unit under 80 degrees Fahrenheit.
