"The property location is so lovely and quiet. The kitchen has plenty of cutlery/plates etc. for quite a few guests."

"Had a lovely stay at the bach. Bach was basic but comfortable. No internet or Netflix so it was a good Unplug for the family. Lots to do in Opononi and surrounding area, Kai Iwi lakes worth the drive! "

"Very charming, welcoming cottage & gardens, all the comforts incl pantry staples, beautiful kauri floors & enjoyed the open fire. Perfect hosts. Close to Kerikeri, Ngawha hot pools & significant historical sites. Would have stayed longer if time permitted."

"Lovely house and great view, had everything we needed."

"This property managed to accomodate a large group of adults with a mix of couples and singles. The location was great and the property did mostly deliver. I think a bit more thought to the number of towels provided for a week of stay plus a more well equipped kitchen could have warranted a gold star rating. "

"This is a great spot. It's about 5 minutes from the Opua Ferry and less than 10 from Russell. It's super remote and quiet. Taking our suburban kids (9 and 4) was fantastic. There is a little boat shed at the bottom of the hill and access to a beach which my older kid loved exploring. The beach itself is quite rocky and full of oyster shells so not recommended for swimming but Long Beach near Russell is amazing and only a short drive away. The house itself is clean, tidy and well loved. ...

"The farm is awesome, our 8 year old granddaughter Isla became the “ farm girl” for the week and helping Andrea and John feed the pigs, sheep and ducks was the absolute highlight for her. Andrea and John were so patient with her. The environment is so quiet and the bus is centrally located to Paihia and Kerikeri"
