"Perfect property for a large family birthday celebration, this is a very well set up home and has the most beautiful views out to the harbour and sand dunes , the weather was perfect and the deck was well used over the entire stay!We had a lovely weekend away together and highly recommend this property for the home and the location. "

"We had an amazing 4 night stay. The home is well stocked, private, and super comfortable. Great location let us hit all the sights we wanted to see. Beautiful property with private back patio. Hosts were very friendly and made us feel welcome. I would absolutely stay here again."

"Lovely welcoming hosts, Lise was prompt and attentive. We just stayed the one night but it was a very restful and relaxing stay, very private and serene garden areas to enjoy, and all just a short walk to the Kohukohu CBD : ) Very handy to the pub and shop and just across the street from the bowls club where the locals will happily welcome you for a sneaky beverage, there’s some folks there enjoying a bowl and a beer most nights during the summer nights."

"A lovely property, a newly renovated villa in a quiet location surrounded by fields. Mostly well equipped, but lacking a few details like somewhere to hang towels in the bathrooms. Bath plug leaked and TV turned itself on at full volume at 7.30 am!! Good location for access to Twin Coast rail trail."

"Right from the word go the booking process to getting in touch with the owner was very easy. The place is breathtakingly gorgeous!! Tracey leaves a taonga for guests and I adore it, she is one talented wahine. Every inch of the barn is immaculate and inviting… the artwork and sculptures are stunning!! We had 6-7 people and we were all really comfortable, Tracey thinks of everything right down to gifting Vogels bread for brekkie 100% recommend booking here, we will certainly do the trip again,...

"John and Susan who manage the property were very accommodating and worked fast to sort out a couple of small issues with the property to make our stay enjoyable. They were awesome to deal with and communicated well with me The house is awesome and has everything you need while away on a trip. Great Rural Property

"The property is in a lovely, peaceful location. The house has everything you need for an enjoyable stay, and is well looked after and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow and the communication with the owners was excellent.The only thing I would suggest is that it would be helpful for potential guests if it could be pointed out, in the description, that reaching the property by car requires driving for several kilometres on unsealed gravel roads."
