"We were very pleasantly surprised at how well run The Whaler is. We weren’t sure what to expect knowing that all of the units are privately owned, but it was run essentially like a hotel, with a concierge desk, front desk, house keeping etc. Everything was very clean, including all walkways, elevators and bathrooms near the reception desk. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with everything. We will definitely be back!"

"This property is beautifully maintained with golf-course-like grass and colorful flowers. The receptionists are all warm and helpful. Location is very conveniently situated between Whaler villages and other beaches. The bathroom shower ceiling was opened and revealed the dusty vents which was not a site I wanted to see but nonetheless the room was clean and tidy! "

"We loved having the beautiful green space to enjoy the water view. The condition of the room was not good. Some doors couldn't be locked. Some windows couldn't be opened. We communicated this to the person on staff. She never showed she was very interested in helping. A security guy was there and got involved. No AC so opening doors and windows was important. Person on staff both days we were there seemed to not care at all about our experience and needs. Wouldn't stay there again. "

"This property are all condos owned by different people that are rented out by the management company. All condos are about the same inside. They are good for a family of four or five (small kids). The beach that is there is a public beach but it is amazing, there is always some sort of waives that are great for the kids. The views are spectacular. Location is great, about 10 to 15 min drive from everything."
