"The staff was very nice. It was a little loud in the morning where you could hear every word of all of the people in the hall. Also, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the toilet in the bathroom in my room. I had brought my own Clorox wipes and had to clean it myself. It made me wonder what else had been left undone. It looked as if there was dried urine on the seat. The rest of the bathroom and room looked really good."

"Excellent Stay Right Across from the Fort Worth Convention Center! I had a fantastic stay at this hotel - perfect location, just steps from the convention center! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, especially Yash Patel at the front desk. He went above and beyond to make check-in smooth and ensure everything was perfect during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was surprisingly decent with a good variety. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone attending an event at the convention center! Will definitely stay again."
