"When we got to our room I had to use the restroom there was dirty pads still in the trash can there was hair all over the wall in the shower and the room smelled of smokes so bad that my air freshener couldn't even hardly cut it"

"Safe, convenient. I liked the refillable soap, shampoo and conditioners in the showers. Reduced plastic waste and the soaps all smelled good, while being good for the environment. The breakfast spread was wonderful. Enjoyed the hot tub and gym too. I was upgraded to a suite which I really loved and it was clean and comfortable. Great experience"
