"The environment is quiet, the staff are very friendly, though it is just three star hotel, but the service is absolutely better than most of 5 star hotels, I took the airplane from NYC through Chicago to Juplin, united airline did not send my luggage with my same flight, and the hotel manager tried to lend me a car seat personally, it is unbelievable kind service, at all, you could trust them, I feel really warm in such winter windy days! "

"It was down a dead end road which was nice. It does have a big parking lot for tractor trailers but I do not know if it was for them just to stay there or if they were spending the night at the hotel but it’s made for the hotel right in front. Bed was nice pillows were small, but I bring my own pillow anyway"
