Though there was a small hiccup with the airport pickup, the team quickly made it up to us, showcasing their commitment to excellent service. "It is good hotel, but the name with (Tianfu area zone ) is misleading. It gives you wrong impression, very close to airport. It is actually 40 minutes drive, once every hour. Not easy to find shuttle station ( need to know the license number of bus by phone) for traveller without chinese phone. Wifi in airport is not available for traveller without chinese phone number to get confirmation code. ESIM does not work for phone or wifi there. "

"Great location although there is a lot of construction in the area. No noise from it but a bit inconvenient to move around it. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Enjoyed the pool, sauna and steam room. Overall a very pleasant stay. "
