"When i got to the border, the border control staff called the hotel to confirm I was staying there. They could not get through to the hotel at first. Once they did get through they told us the hotel was closed for refurbishment and that we had to book another hotel! Which we did via hotels.com. Now we are in a battle to get a refund as the hotel /and hotels.com are calling it a cancellation. 0/5 stars. "

"It is good hotel, but the name with (Tianfu area zone ) is misleading. It gives you wrong impression, very close to airport. It is actually 40 minutes drive, once every hour. Not easy to find shuttle station ( need to know the license number of bus by phone) for traveller without chinese phone. Wifi in airport is not available for traveller without chinese phone number to get confirmation code. ESIM does not work for phone or wifi there. "

"When we arrived they picked us up in a disorganised shuttle. Took us 40 minutes away from the airport then told us we didnt have a room and asked us to pay more. Would not recommend."

"拿了房卡找到了房间号，开门的一瞬间发现里面有住人，然后又调房间。换了房间发现房间电路有问题，总是突然就断电了。然后第二天实在受不了了，又换了一间房间，结果阳台的门锁死了，打不开，最后是赶在退房前十分钟才把阳台门打开，把晒得衣物取回来。从服务上来说和“洲际”相差甚远。"

"We book this hotel as a nearer stop to the airport from Chengdu City as we had an early flight. Property looks great. Service is good as is standard in China. BUT the room size is very unnecessarily small given the size of the building. It is so cramp in design that I will never stay there again."

Was not able to stay there!!

"It is good hotel, but the name with (Tianfu area zone ) is misleading. It gives you wrong impression, very close to airport. It is actually 40 minutes drive, once every hour. "The hotel is very clean and the room are spacious. Breakfast was a plus. The Front Desk staff were amazing and very helpful. They went out of their way to help us with the Panda Base tickets. Even right up till check out. They arranged our airport transfer without a problem. I will definitly return here and will recommend it to my colleagues. Congratulations and well done.
