"Before our stay, the hotel staff responded very quickly to questions by email to the property. What impressed me the most was the shuttle bus driver. He was very patient and helpful when we had to have an emergency room stop before we checked in at the hotel. The hotel is older but our room was comfortable and clean. "

"We book this hotel as a nearer stop to the airport from Chengdu City as we had an early flight. Property looks great. Service is good as is standard in China. BUT the room size is very unnecessarily small given the size of the building. It is so cramp in design that I will never stay there again."

"The hotel is very clean and the room are spacious. Breakfast was a plus. The Front Desk staff were amazing and very helpful. They went out of their way to help us with the Panda Base tickets. "拿了房卡找到了房间号，开门的一瞬间发现里面有住人，然后又调房间。换了房间发现房间电路有问题，总是突然就断电了。然后第二天实在受不了了，又换了一间房间，结果阳台的门锁死了，打不开，最后是赶在退房前十分钟才把阳台门打开，把晒得衣物取回来。从服务上来说和“洲际”相差甚远。"
