"Had a wonderful time here. Most impressive was the overall staff which were quick to help us with our problems. I felt that they were all courteous and helpful. Our cleaning lady on the 35th floor, Angel Yang, went out of her way to check in with us when we bump into her in the hallway. Definitely would stay here again. "

"We stayed here for four nights and the experience was amazing! It’s tucked away on a quiet little side street but it is in an area that is walkable for experiencing local authentic cuisine. There is a park and fitness center directly across from the hotel and it is easy to get local didis or taxis to take you around town. The metro is also close by and easily walkable. "Booked 4 upgraded rooms with the family. Staff are under trained. Definitely catered to Chinese speaking guests only and not foreign friendly. Upon arrival, (it was 6pm) they gave us a room barely ready with the windows open. Immediately after entering, our nose were filled with such harsh chemicals. Unbearable. "

"We picked this one due to the convenience of being close to the Wulingyuan national park, glass bridge, Baofeng lake, and HuangLong cave, all the main attractions you need to do - besides the epic Tianmen mountain which is located in downtown ZhangJiaJie just 30 minutes away. "Beautiful property and amazing hospitality. We were only here for 2 nights but felt right at home. Frankie took care of everything even before we arrived to Zhangjiajie and arranged for our entire trip from start to finish, including daily transport in and out of the park, and our wonderful dinner one of the nights. We even sang karaoke on our last night. Its a lot of fun! I highly recommend if anyone is considering. The west entrance is also quiet and away from the crowds for a quiet retreat."
