"We chose this property since it was close to our kids sports activities. Overall, the house itself was comfortable, had all the things we needed and was decorated nicely. The owner was great with communication as well. There are a few little home maintenance things that could be fixed here and there and there was trash in the backyard (maybe from previous renters?) The kids did enjoy the in ground trampoline!"

"It was a cute property but we had some issues getting into the property. We ended up sitting outside for over an hour on Thanksgiving before we were able to reach someone for help. Once we got a hold of the property manager everything was fine and they had a good excuse (it was Thanksgiving) but it put a crimp in our Thanksgiving plans."

"We were offered all the amenities that we needed for our 4 week stay. Place was clean and looks exactly like the pictures displayed. Marion made sure we had full privacy and would check up on us from time to time to see if we needed anything else. Amazing stay!"

"Pia was the perfect host, attending to every detail. La Casita de Poway was very clean, comfortable and more beautiful than pictures could portray. The grounds were resort-like and well kept. "Good: -Beach is a block away -Beach is gorgeous -Well stocked kitchen -Hot tub is great -Place was very clean -Master bed is very comfortable (not sure on other beds as I only slept in master). Bad: -Strong bleach smell when we arrived. Place was very clean but we had to air it out for a day. -Kitchen supplies could be better. A couple of new pans needed. -BBQ doesn’t get super hot. Had to finish steaks in the pan to get a good sear. -There is some road noise in all bedrooms. Didn’t bother...
