"The location itself was quiet and there was plenty of parking availble even during the holidays which was a surprise. Inside was clean and was exacrly like the photos. Massah was quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. There's also a grocery store, gas station, and restaurants alll within 5 minutes of the property. Overall, it was exactly what we needed! Highly recommend and would definitely book again."

"The studio was such a great retreat. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked for the times we wanted to make our own meals. The patio was nicely appointed with lounge chairs, chairs and a fire pit. We walked to the beach and to the local eateries that were very good. "

"Check in was seamless, property was clean and on the water and everything in the village was a short walk. The communication from the property was perfect and accurate. The only issue was the broken rolling blinds covering the slider which was being worked on when we arrived but never got fixed. We had a great relaxing time."

"I’ve stayed in probably 10 rental properties within Carlsbad and this was one of the best. It was super clean, had everything we needed, communication with host was great, location was awesome (beach access across the st and about a 15 min walk to the village). Also right next to a restaurant. The fire pit was so great at night. Highly recommend! (I’m usually pretty critical with reviews but there was nothing negative to report about this place!).
