House was clean and it was well stocked, plenty of space for my family of 5. I didn’t have any issues. The weather was nice. I would definitely consider staying again, perhaps in the summer so we can take a swim in the pool since it was too cold this time."

"This place looks EXACTLY like the photo's. The location is perfect, right on the beach and a short drive (or easy walk) to downtown Oceanside. There were 5 of us that spent a weekend here, and the unit is spacious enough, it didn't feel crowded. Parking is easy. The unit is well stocked and was very clean. Highly highly highly recommend this place!! "

"We brought the grandparents to visit our daughter down at college in San Diego. The house was perfect for us. Everyone got their own rooms. We had everything we needed to cook meals and be comfortable. Parking was a bit tricky to find on the street in the evening and the person who lives in the ADU used the spot behind the garage. Overall we had a wonderful time."

"When we arrived, we were told that the appliances were not working properly. In fact, only one mini-oven was working out of the four that were advertised. This was a 16 person Christmas family reunion. And we learn that we are unable to cook with proper ovens. We had to use the barbeque to cook our meals. Unacceptable. The property managers were unwilling to make any refund or concessions about the absolute inconvenience, and in fact tried to charge us extra for using the natural gas. ...

"This property is exactly as presented. Very clean! Plenty of bath towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels. Kitchen with almost everything one might need to cook a nice meal including sharp kitchen knives! (A sheet pan would be a great addition) All appliances in good working order and clean as well. Neighborhood is quiet and walkable; Oceanside has plenty of eateries and coffee spots so we were very happy here!"

"Had a fantastic stay at this oceanfront house! The location is unmatched with phenomenal views, and proximity to walking path to beach and pier (as well as movie theatre and restaurants). Small discrepancies in that though there is a fireplace working in the pictures, it wasn't working when we arrived. Also, no garage remote for cars so we had to manually have someone open the garage everytime. We loved how big the kitchen was as well as the hot tub and comfortable beds. Also, very responsive...
