"The room was freezing and it felt like the heat never kicked in. The shower and sink water was luke warm and all 4 towels I picked up had brown stains all over them. After complaining to the front desk about the water they moved us to another room. I let the shower water run for 20 mins and it still never got hot. I missed my dinner reservations due to room changes and not being able to shower. In the end I informed the manager I was not happy and ended up getting a refund and staying at the...

"It was a great location, you can't beat it. The only issue I would say was the parking garage as there is no elevator and tight corners."

"My daughter and I stayed here for one night, before we went to Cape May for my son's Coast Guard graduation, and we were pleasantly surprised that the photos online were the same as what the room actually looked like. We were even more surprised at the location and how spacious and clean the room was. Beautiful view of the ocean, corner room, one of the most comfortable beds I'd ever slept on in a hotel. Just an overall great place to stay! I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone...
