Parking is horrible. The property is outdated but some upgrades were made. The room is pretty clean. Not too bad for a one night stay.

The hotel was conveniently located, but the condition of the hotel room was terrible. The room was dirty, the bathroom had dirt marks on the door and walls. The room was cold with cold draft and the heater wasn't working correctly. We had to check out early and spend extra money to book to another hotel for the second night stay.

The room smelled of nothing but cigarettes. We had to open the door for a little while when we got there.and when we came back to go to sleep. While we were sleeping you could smell the cigarettes stench. The only good thing was the bed was clean and comfortable. They need to put deodorizers for the smells on the rooms. We didn’t even shower there we waited to get to our next hotel room and the first thing we did was shower the stench off.

You get what you pay. Stayed with a family and a little kid and we didnt have any issues. Yes the place needs to be renovated but we only stay to sleep so we are barely in the room. Again you get what you pay.

I enjoyed my stay here. The exterior of the hotel isn’t exactly at the level of what you’ll see if you stay at Resorts or the Hard Rock but then again you’ll pay 5 times the price if you stay there. The room at the Red Carpet was clean and quiet…that’s the main thing I wanted. This hotel is literally a 4 minute walk to the Etess Arena. I was seeing a show there so all I wanted was to have a short walk to my room once the concert was over and that’s exactly what I got. I had a good night sleep and was out early the next morning. Maybe I’d feel differently if my stay was longer but for my purposes the Red Carpet fit my needs perfectly. And the free parking was appreciated too. The parking at Hard Rock around the corner was $40!!!

I was wondering where the red carpet was the whole time but instead was met with a filthy old building that elevator couldn’t even work. We had to drag our luggage up multiple flights of stairs with zero help. The room was okay but the shower was gross , but i guess you get what you pay for.
