"Excellent stay! I appreciated having a secure parking option at this hotel. There is a small underground lot that is available, which really was priceless when driving into NYC with my car. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. All of the staff were among the friendliest I have encountered in a big city hotel. Lots of smiles, and many stopped to make small talk with me when I brought my dog in/out. Excellent big breakfast buffet with lots of options every morning. There is clearly a lot of care put into the hotel. They even had cute spring/Easter decorations throughout, which added just a nice seasonal touch. I would definitely stay again! "
