"Overall, very good. The rooms are a bit dated and some obvious wear is evident. My chair had the back ripped, wear and scrpae marks on the wall and furniture wand carpet worn. Painted side of bathtub peeling badly and some rust on metal door frame of bathroom. But the bed was comfortable, Heat worked well and the area is QUIET. Only 3 minute drive to the ferry that takes you to downtown. One big minus, no restaurants around anywhere."

"The hotel was clean, with a fantastic staff. The staff maintained the walkways and grounds even when there wasnt a mess or buildup. Also very responsive. I woke up to water on rhe bathroom floor due to a leak. I went to the front desk to let them know. On my way back to the room a met who was going to help. "Great location away from the noisy parts of the French Quarter and close to Frenchman Street. This is an old building so street noise can be an issue, but overall we enjoyed our stay there. "

"This place is really neat. Has historic charm, very well kept. Our stay was quiet and comfortable. The location was very convenient and central. Bourbon St, Superdome, cruise terminal, World War II museum and amazing food were all within walking distances. We will definitely be staying here again. "

Great quality, great amenities

"I had an excellent stay at this hotel. I would highly recommend based off of several different factors, including location, amenities, and restaurant quality. When we arrived in New Orleans, we wanted to prioritize having dinner outside of the restaurant to get a true food experience in the city, however, wanted a nice while we were there. The weather was great so we ordered room service. The food options and the quality of the food when it arrived exceeded my expectations. After that experience we decided to try the restaurant and it was also a great experience. As far as the room, the suite that I had was very spacious, and there were amazing views."
